Filippo Cestaro, scuba diving instructor (MSDT PADI
N°942330), trained over 400 students and logged more than 3000 dives, from
tropical oceans to alpine lakes. Deep knowledge of his work and of the marine
world made him aware of the healing potential of diving. He is the author of
the first and only “entry level” PADI distinctive specialty, and the first
certified divers specialty, both of which with wellness as the final objective.
Chiara Di
Credico, psychologist (Albo Lombardia n. 03/15304), developed deep experience
with bodily techniques (in specific with practice of Mindfulness) and in psychophysiology
of emotions. Cooperates with research groups operating in the Psychology
Department of Universtity of Milan-Bicocca for scientific activities in this
field. She dives since 2007 and she is a Rescue Diver.

Alessandra
Vanzo (PADI OWSI 951316), a nature and
travels enthusiast, taught scuba diving in several tropical destinations around
the globe (Egypt, Honduras, Dutch Antilles, Kenya, Tanzania, Thailand,
Indonesia) up to 2009. She now lives in Barcelona, where in addition to
continuing her diving career, she obtained a diploma in Chiropractic Massage at
the Escuela de Masaje Manual Dr. Sagrera Ferrandiz.
